Ingredients

  • 2 slice Sandwich bread

  • 2 pieces cabbages

  • 1/4 Carrot

  • 1/4 Onion

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 slice  American Cheese

  • 3Tbsp Butter

  • 1/2tsp Salt

  • 2Tbsp Ketchup

  • 3Tbsp Sugar

Preparation

Step 1_Prepare the ingredients.


  • Slice the onion,carrot and cabbage. 



Step 2_Cook the veggie, egg pancake.


  • In a medium bowl, beat the eggs.

  • Add the sliced onion,carrot,cabbage and 1/2tbs salt, 1tbsp sugar. ; Mix together.

  • In a medium pan, heat 1tbsp butter on medium -high until hot.

  • Add veggie and egg mix. ;Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side and cook throughly.

  • Transfer to a cutting board. 

  • Place slice of cheese on the pancake and Loosely cover with lid or foil to keep warm.



Step 3_Cook the bread and serve your dish 


  • In the same pan, heat 1tbsp butter on medium-high until hot. 

  • Toast the bread per side until browned. 

  • After cooked 1 slices of bread, add 1tbsp butter and toast the other bread per side until browned.

  • turn off the heat.

  • On the bread, put 1tbsp sugar add egg pancake with cheese, 2tbsp ketchup and close together. 

  • Serve and Enjoy!
