The Club Rental Request 

Requestor/Group is responsible for the cleanliness of meeting facility upon conclusionof events.

- chairs and tables must be returned to original position and accounted for.

- No used material, paper, plastic, or trash to be left in the meeting room.

Requestor/Group assumes responsibility for repair/restoration in the event of damages caused by the group or their attendee(s).

Success!! We will notify you by email within 2-3 days whether you are permitted to use the space.
